Gladly, but not necessarily. It depends on what the purpose of the test is. If the focus is on management, the management team should take the test. In the case of recruitment, it may make sense for immediate colleagues to take the test. We help define what makes the most sense in the given situation.

It takes approximately 20-40 minutes to take the TT38 Talent Test online. In addition, a personal feedback session takes up to 1.5 hours.
